SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, rep presented in the General Assembly: That the sum of six hundred dollars ($600.00) or as much thereof as may be necessary, be and is hereby appropriated for the purpose of meeting the office and other expenses of the Chief Inspector of Licensed Employment Agencies for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1913. 2. The Auditor of Public Accounts is hereby authorized and directed to draw his warrants on the State Treasurer for the sum herein appropriated upon the presentation of proper vouchers certified to by the Chief Inspector of Private Employment Agencies and approved by the Governor, which warrants shall be payable out of any moneys in the State treasury not otherwise appropriated. § 3.
