braska, under the control of the Secretary
of the Interior, the same having become
useless for military purposes.
Amending Executive order, Oct. 10, 1903, as
modified by Executive order, Sept. 18, 1905,
so as to exclude a parcel of land erroneously
described therein and previously reserved
by order of the Civil Governor of the Philip-
pine Islands for lighthouse purposes.
