GENTLEMEN, — The undersigned, in compliance with the third Section of the Ordinance on Finance, herewith presents an Exhibit of the General and Special Appropriations for the present financial year of 1872–73, as shown in the books in his office, May 1, 1872, including the May draft, being one month's payments of the financial year, - exhibiting the original appropriations, the amount expended, and the balance of each unexpended at that date.
