Repaired leaks in swimming pool by removing marble flooring and relaying same in hydrolithic cement, and also paraffined side walls of pool . e t

Old State House.

Removed paint from exterior walls and treated walls with waterproof composition. Removed all granite from face of building and replaced same with special made brick to form a molder course around entire building; also replaced brickwork that did not agree with original brick in building. Removed three entrances and door caps and replaced same with fluted columns and panel work; also new capping to conform with the original design of 1712. Removed all gas piping in front room of building and installed electric lighting system. Removed all plastering in front room, refurred and plastered the same; also installed new cornice and fluted columns of special design; also a wainScoting around room with recessed seats at all windows and new flooring of extra wide boards. Put in new window sash and frames. Removed old conductor pipes and replaced same with copper ones of special design. Replaced old balcony on end of building with one of special design. Removed sheathing from stairs in hallway and replaced same with plaster on metal lathing.

Painted all new inside woodwork and also all outside woodwork,
also walls and ceiling in front room, four coats of oil paint.

Ino new slop sink and water-closet and relocated old

Installed six new radiators with asbestos and galvanized-iron
