Gillespie, Hunt, Jack, Kaufman, Mitchell, Rains, Rusk, Smith and

Van Zandt counties in the exemption of said Section 2.

destruction of wolves and other wild animals for the protection of

intoxicating liquors to any person under the age of twenty-one years,

and prescribing penalties...
