W. Davis, City Surveyor, dated December 21, 1870, and deposited in the office of the said City Surveyor. And this Board doth adjudge that the expense of widening the said Kingston street, as aforesaid, will amount to two hundred thousand nine hundred and forty-four dollars; and that the damages to the estates, parts of which are taken as aforesaid, are the sums set against them respectively on the schedule hereto annexed; the expense of the same to be charged to the Kingston street loan, as hereinafter provided. ORDERED: That the treasurer be, and he hereby is, authorized to borrow, under the direction of the Committee on Finance, the sum of two hundred and twenty-five thousand dollars, to be appropriated for the widening of Kingston street, between Bedford and Beach streets, including the grading and paving of said street.
