Ordered, That the salaries of the members of the permanent corps of substitutes, appointed in accordance with Section 146 of the Regulations, be fixed at the rate of ten dollars ($10) per month, exclusive of July and August, and that they be paid in addition thereto the sum of two dollars ($2) for each day of actual service, — one-session days being reckoned as full days, for the year ending August 31, 1903.
