The following is a statement of the date of each accident, the place where it occurred, the train, the cause and the extent of the injuries inflicted upon each person, and the name of such person, as follows:

1865.

April 26. John Van De Bogart, a brakeman, while standing on the steps of a passenger car, was struck by the bridge near Guilderland, and instantly killed.

JAMES B. SANDERS was elected a director by the Common Council of the city of Albany, Nov. 20, 1865, in pursuance of section 8, of an act of the Legislature of the State of New York, entitled "An Act to authorize the city of Albany to make a loan to the Albany and Susquehanna Railroad Company," passed April 10, 1852.

The undersigned have caused the foregoing statements to be prepared by the proper officers and agents of this Company, from the books and records, and have examined them as far as practicable, and believe them to be correct.
