To the State Engineer and Surveyor of the State of New York: The Lake Ontario, Auburn and New York Railroad Company respectfully report, that there have been no operations begun or carried on by said company during the year ending Sept. 30, 1865, other than meetings of the directors and shareholders; and that said company has not had during said year any acting Superintendent of operations, nor any other officer or agent performing his duties.
