The following is a statement of the date of each accident, the place where it occurred, the train, the cause and the extent of the injuries inflicted upon each person, and the name of such person, as follows:

No accident resulting in loss of life during the year.

1865.

April 24. The rear car of train going south ran off the track, on the curve next south of Nine Mile creek, broke its connection with the forward car, ran down a low bank and

overturned. None of the passengers were seriously injured Five were bruised more or less severely, and six or eight slightly. The cause of the accident unknown.
