Page 71 - common use" as used in this ordinance shall be construed to mean for use by more than one person. "Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars for each offense, in the discretion of the court.
