The income from this Establishment this year has been $4,027 55, per item No. 83 of the Treasurer's Account, being about 5.23 per cent. of the Expenditures for carrying on the same, including ordinary repairs and alterations of the buildings, thus reducing the net Expenditures to $76,917 21.

The number of Inmates of the House on the 30th of April, 1861, was 437, viz: Adults, Male, 182; Female, 194. Children, 61;

Males, 46; Females, 15.

Average for the year, 468.

In the House of Reformation, 200 boys.

Average for the year, 216.
